This is a working board of volunteers dedicated to enhancing the Human Resource profession in North Dakota as such there is a time commitment both professionally and sometimes personally to achieve deliverables.

Due to the sensitive nature of the position, applicants for the Treasurer role will be asked to complete additional steps prior to inclusion on the ballot.

Prior to completing the submission form, please read the ND SHRM State Council Member Expectations document as well as the job description for the position you are interested in filling, both of which are posted on the website. Per the ND SHRM Bylaws, board members must be SHRM members in good standing throughout the duration of participation on the state council.
