Annually, we meet 6 times, rotating around the state to the various HR chapters to be present, connect and provide information as to what’s happening within the state. We sponsor and provide one large event per year, to attract HR practitioners, business leaders, anyone in need of some education or information on what’s happening in all areas of HR. This conference rotates annually between the east side of ND (Fargo and Grand Forks) and the west side (Bismarck only at this point).
The ND SHRM State Council is comprised of volunteers from various companies across the state, with the shared intention of spreading HR knowledge and experience to everyone.

We are a non-profit organization and an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management. Whether you are new to the HR field or have many years of experience, we are a local starting point for networking, information, professional development and continued support of excellence in Human Resources.
